   AS you well know by this time my name is Emily Tissot. I live in southern Michigan and have grown up on a bible camp run by my parents. I had an incredible childhood filled with people and laughter. i have always had an abition to travel and discover other cultures. It has become a great passion of mine and I am very excited to share with you that this next school year i will be spending in the Dominican Republic with a team assembled by Adventures in Missions Organization called First year Missions. In this organization i will be trained in the missionary lifestyle becoming immersed in DR culture and language serving and doing what i feel God has called me to do.
