Hello,
I have officially returned to the Dominican Republic after a great month of being home and getting to experience America. My break was incredible and it gave me a chance to think about all that has happened in the DR and what this next semester will look like.
Along with some changes to our program, which are TBA, we have a new team member. Her name is Tamara. She is 22 and a member of the FYM Mexico team. She has an intense passion for Latin cultures and the Spanish language.
We are very excited to have her here with us and really there is not much else to report on. We arrived last night at 2 in the morning and have just unpacked and gotten ready to begin again. Please pray for us as we go out in great enthusiasm to start over again.

Hi Emily, I have been thinking of you and praying for you. I took the art piece to a frame shop and had it stretched and framed. I just picked it up yesterday and it looks spectacular! It will serve to remind me of you and pray for you each day. Much love, Katie

We ate dinner last wednesday at the Baja and he reminised about your time here and in mexico. He misses you…it’s really cute.
I miss you too! I’m sad I didn’t get to give you a sqeeze and prayer before you took off… but know that I am praying for you…and wrap your arms around yourself and know that it’s a hug from me.
