This summer begins an incredible start to an awesome journey. i am currently being trained as a ACE facilitator which is Adventures Challenge Education. We take kids, teens or adults and bring them together to teach team work, atmosphere and encouragement.
Its really a great program and i love to see kids coming together and learning to work as a team. i will also get to run the low ropes course, the climbing tower and a double zip line. i think that this experience of leading groups through frustrating events and challenging activities to push through and grow will be an incredible experience to bring to AIM.
